We are located right on Prafulla Sarkar Street in Kolkata. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the newspaper offices nearby. Most days here start early when the tea stalls outside begin opening up and you can hear the city waking up. Our building at 4/E is just a regular place where we try to keep things moving. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Running a hotel and resort business in the middle of Kolkata isn't always easy because of the traffic and the noise, but it's what we do. We spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms are okay and that things are working like they should. Sometimes the power goes out or there's a problem with the plumbing, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of work managing the staff and making sure the floors stay clean with so many people coming in from the street. The area around 700072 has a lot of history, and you can see it in the old buildings nearby. We aren't a big fancy chain, just a local LLP trying to run things properly. People stop by because we're in a central spot. We just focus on the daily stuff like checking guests in and out and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the day. It gets loud outside in the afternoons, but that’s just how Kolkata is.
