We are located at 78/1 Strand Bank Road, right there by the river in Kolkata. Mindchain Labs Technologies started because we wanted to see what we could do with new tech while staying in this part of the city. The building is an older one, like most things around here, but inside we have got our setup running. It gets noisy outside with the traffic and the river activity, but we are used to it by now. We focus on building technology that actually makes sense for people to use. We do not have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. Most of the time it is just the sound of typing and the occasional argument over a bug in the system. We take our lunches nearby and then get back to the screens. It is a practical way of working. We are not interested in being the loudest in the room. We just want the stuff we build to work every time. Strand Bank Road has its own rhythm and we have become part of it. Sometimes the humidity gets to the equipment, so we have to stay on top of that. It is a real job with real daily hurdles. We do not pretend it is all perfect. We just show up every morning at 700007 and do what we do. It is a steady pace and we like the location. It feels like home to us.
