Nexus Group

Nexus Group is tucked away at 4/1 Uma Das Lane in Kolkata. We share the space with Tarkeshwar Shaw's office. If you know this part of West Bengal, you know the lanes are quite narrow and can get very crowded during the day. Our office is in a very old part of the city, which has its own kind of charm but also its fair share of problems, like limited parking. We have been here for a good while now. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. There isn't any big secret to it, we just stay busy. There are many people in this zip code, and it feels like it sometimes with all the people walking past our door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we know how each other works. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area or grab something from the vendors outside on the street. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one here is very formal. We just wear what’s comfortable and get through the day's to-do list. It’s just a regular office in a busy part of Kolkata where we put in our hours and then head home.
