Our office is tucked away at 22/C on Southern Avenue. If you know the Rashbehari area, it’s pretty easy to find. It’s a nice part of town with a lot of trees, which makes the walk to work better than most places. We’ve been running Hcl (P) Ltd. from this spot for quite some time. The building itself is older, but it serves our needs just fine. Inside, it's mostly desks, computers, and stacks of folders that need organizing. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks at hand. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of emails and sorting out what needs to happen by five o'clock. We have a routine that works for us, even if it seems a bit slow to outsiders. Sometimes we sit around the big table and talk about how to fix a problem that came up the day before. It’s not a corporate boardroom vibe, more like a kitchen table conversation. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The noise from Southern Avenue stays mostly outside, though you can hear the horns during rush hour. Most of our clients have been with us for years, so they know how we work. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just do the work we said we would. It’s a quiet life here, mostly focused on keeping the business moving forward one day at a time.
