Mbd Airport Hotel

We are located right by the N.S.C.B. International Airport. Being an airport hotel means we are in a place that never really goes to sleep. There is always the sound of planes taking off or landing in the distance. We are right there where travelers are coming and going at all times of the day and night. The building is a bit of a landmark around the airport area. Inside, it is just a place for people to rest their heads or have a meal before they catch a flight. We don't try to be too fancy about it. Our staff works in shifts because someone always needs to be at the desk or in the kitchen. The lobby is often full of bags and people looking at their watches. We see people from all over who are just passing through Kolkata. The rooms are kept clean and the kitchen stays busy making simple food for tired travelers. It’s a different kind of life working here compared to a regular hotel in the city. Everything is timed around the flight schedules. We don't have much of a neighborhood in the traditional sense, just the airport and the roads leading to it. We just provide a spot for people to stay while they wait for their next journey. It’s practical and straightforward. We keep the lights on and the doors open for whoever lands at N.S.C.B. and needs a place.
