Our office is at 15A, Beck Bagan Row. It’s a typical city street, and we operate out of a space that works well for what we do. We deal with various technical services and supplies. The space is filled with equipment and cables and boxes of parts that we need for our daily tasks. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly polished; it looks like a place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out the best way to handle the technical requests that come our way. Beck Bagan is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We have a small group of people here who know their way around the systems we handle. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and things can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going on at the same time. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We just have our desks and our tools. Most of our day is spent either on the phone helping people out or sitting at the benches working on the equipment itself. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get around from here. It’s just a straightforward operation where we focus on getting the technical jobs done without any extra fluff. We handle things as they come and try to keep everything organized despite the constant work that comes through.
