Our office is situated at 1, Topsia 1st Lane in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it is a very crowded and busy part of the city. There is always a lot of movement on the streets, with vans, bikes, and people everywhere. Our building is right in the thick of it. We have a modest space on the first lane where we handle everything for Hd Dimension Corp. It is not the kind of place you would see in a magazine. It is just a workspace with some desks, old filing cabinets, and our computers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that most of the time. We get a lot of noise from the street, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. It becomes like background music to the workday. We have a few windows that look out onto the lane, and it is interesting to see the daily grind of the city from up here. We do not have any corporate slogans on the walls or mission statements in frames. We just have our tasks for the day and we get them done. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. Most of us bring our own lunch from home and eat at our desks while we chat. It is a simple life in a very busy part of Kolkata, and it works well for the team we have here.
