If you’re looking for us, we’re located at 345 Kalitala in the Bansdroni area of Kolkata. We share the space with Biswajit Majumdar, and it’s a very local, neighborhood vibe here. The pin code is 700070. Our office for Softtech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. isn't in one of those new glass buildings. It’s a traditional Kolkata spot, which means it has a bit of character and sometimes a bit of dust. The street outside is always lively, with people going to the market and the usual city sounds. Inside, we’ve got our computers set up and a lot of paper everywhere. Engineering involves a lot of documents, and we haven’t quite gone fully digital yet. There is a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’re used to it. We usually have some sweets from the local shop when someone finishes a project. It’s a humble place, but it works for us. We aren't interested in making it look like a big corporate office. We just focus on the engineering work we have to do. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but we often step out to talk to neighbors. It feels like we are part of the community here in Bansdroni. There’s no marketing team here, just a bunch of engineers trying to do a good job. We like the pace of life in this part of Kolkata.
