Mahindra Holidays Resorts I Ltd is the name of our outfit here in Kolkata. We are tucked away in Sujeet Kumar Rail Vihar, specifically at Flat No 616 in the Ananur Kasba area. The pin code is 700107. We spend our days mostly looking at holiday bookings and trying to make sure the resort stays busy throughout the year. It’s not a fancy office by any means, just a regular flat where we keep all our files and a couple of desks. Working in Ananur Kasba means there is always something going on outside, and the Rail Vihar buildings are pretty well known around here. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the drill when it comes to sorting out travel dates and making sure the paperwork is right. Most people who come to see us are looking for a bit of a break from their daily routine. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements, we mostly just rely on people finding us at the office or calling in. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when everyone is trying to plan their trips at once, but we manage to get through it. The staff here are just local folks who know the area and how the holiday business works. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on getting the rooms filled and making sure the details are settled for everyone.
