Talent Search Placement Consultancy

We are located at No. 12 Lower Range, up on the 3rd floor. Talent Search Placement Consultancy has been here for a bit now, and we spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people about jobs. The climb up to the 3rd floor keeps us fit since we don't always use the elevator if we're in a hurry. Lower Range is a bit of a tucked-away street, but it’s not too hard to find if you’re looking for No. 12. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and a couple of desks where we do the actual work. It can get a bit quiet some days, and then really busy the next when a lot of people are looking for placements. We try to keep things moving along without too much stress. We aren’t some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us here trying to match the right people with the right roles. We don’t use any fancy software or big systems, just our own notes and a lot of phone calls. The 3rd floor gets some good light in the afternoon which makes it a nice place to sit and work. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, check the messages, and see who we can help out that day. It’s a simple job but it keeps us very busy.
