Lafarge

Down here in Kolkata, we are located at 181, P.B Road in the Behala area. If you have ever been to Behala, you know the traffic can be a real challenge. We have been operating Lafarge from this address for quite a bit. It’s an old part of the city. The building has that classic Kolkata feel to it. It’s not a modern glass tower, just a regular brick and mortar place on a busy street. Our pin code is 700041. Most of the people working here are locals who have lived in the city all their lives. We spend our days dealing with the usual business stuff. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the trams or buses outside. We don't really have a big fancy sign. We just use the space we have to get the job done. It's a bit cramped with all the papers and equipment, but we make it work. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving. There is no corporate script here. We just talk to people like we would anyone on the street. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being in this part of town despite the noise. It feels real and grounded. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just do the work that needs doing every day and stay out of trouble.
