We are situated at 2C Bose Pukur Road, specifically in Flat No. 4C of Block-B in the Kasba area of Kolkata. It is a typical apartment-style office setup. Being in Po Kasba means we are in a very busy part of the city. The noise from the street is something we hear all day, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here in West Bengal. We are Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd and we run things from this flat. It’s a bit tight sometimes with all the files and the staff, but we make it work. The 700042 pin code is where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just have our work stations and a small area for tea. It’s a real Kolkata vibe, with people coming and going and a lot of activity in the building. We handle the paperwork and the coordination for our projects from here. Some days the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just come to the office, deal with the daily emails and calls, and try to get everything finished before the day ends. Living and working in Kasba keeps us busy enough without any extra complications.
