Our office is right on G.T. Road South in Howrah. We are on the third floor of Saraswati Bhawan, specifically in the North Block. If you know this specific area, you know how busy this road gets with all the trucks and the constant traffic. It’s a bit noisy outside, but inside we just try to keep things organized as best as we can. Being in Howrah means we are close to everything, which is helpful for the way we operate. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the cement business from this building. The stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, but we are all used to it by now. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we grab a quick break during the long afternoons. It’s a typical Howrah office setup, nothing too grand or fancy. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at messy spreadsheets. The building has been here for a long time, and we’ve become a part of the daily routine on this stretch of 4/21 G.T. Road. Usually, visitors find us easily because the Bhawan is a well-known spot. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; we just handle the accounts and the local distribution details that come through this specific branch. It’s steady work. Some days are more chaotic than others when the shipments are heavy, but we manage to get through it together. We are just a local team doing the necessary paperwork.
