We have our office at 101B on the first floor of Sunny Towers, which is located on Ashutosh Chaudheri Avenue in Kolkata. This is a bit of a different pace compared to other parts of the city, but it is still quite busy throughout the day. At Lafarge India Pvt Ltd, we use this space to manage our operations and keep things organized for the cement business. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to drop in without having to wait forever for an elevator. It is just a place where we can sit down and focus on the work at hand. Outside, Ashutosh Chaudheri Avenue is usually humming with traffic, but inside we just keep our heads down and manage the orders. Most of us have been working in the cement industry for years, so we do not need a lot of instruction on how to get things done. We just handle the phone calls, update the spreadsheets, and make sure the communication between the plants and the customers stays clear. It is a steady job in a nice part of Kolkata, and we like the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. We are here to keep the business running smoothly.
