KYNREM HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over on L.B.L. Saha Road, at number 265, specifically in Flat 1A on the first floor. It is a residential-feeling area but we have our hospitality business running out of here. Kynrem Hotels & Resorts is what we call ourselves, but mostly it is just us in the office making sure the properties are looked after. Kolkata-700053 is our corner of the world. It is a lot of logistics, to be honest. We have to make sure the staff at the resorts have what they need and that the guests are happy. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe bursting or a booking getting mixed up, and we have to fix it from here. We don't have any big corporate mission statement to show off. We just show up, drink our coffee, and handle the tasks. The office isn't very big, so it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We like the neighborhood though. It feels like real Kolkata, not just the touristy parts. We spend a lot of time checking emails and talking to vendors. It is steady work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just one that does things properly. Some days we leave late, other days we get out on time. It depends on what is happening at the resorts. We just take it as it comes.
