Our office is located at Raja Subodh Mallick Square. We’re up on the 5th floor at number 10. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character. Knd Engineering And Technology Ltd. has been here for a while. Being on the 5th floor means we have a bit of a view of the square below. It’s always interesting to watch the traffic and the people from up here. The elevator is a bit slow and sometimes it gets stuck, so we often end up walking. It keeps us fit, I guess. Inside, the office is a bit of a maze with all the desks and equipment. We aren't into the whole modern open-office look. We like our little corners. There’s a lot of talk about technical stuff, which might sound boring to anyone else, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy perks. We just have a water cooler and some decent fans for when it gets hot. The lighting is a bit dim in some spots, but we’ve got desk lamps. It’s a place where we focus on the details. We don't make big promises or use loud words. We just work through the projects one by one. It’s a steady kind of life here at the square. We know the local shops and the guys who sell tea downstairs. We often stay late and watch the square get quiet at night.
