KICKSTART BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is down on the ground floor of the Dream Height Complex. It is on 1 Kamardanga Road. Being on the ground floor is nice because we do not have to wait for the elevator every morning. You can see people walking by all day. It gets a bit dusty with the road being right there, but we keep the place tidy enough. We deal with management stuff. It is a lot of organizing and making sure other businesses have their things in order. The complex itself is okay, pretty standard for this part of the city. We have been here for a while now. Most of us live close enough to commute without too much trouble. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us sitting at our desks, usually with some music playing in the background to keep the energy up. We do not really do the whole corporate dress code thing unless someone really important is coming over. Most days it is just regular clothes and hard work. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the boring bits that other people do not want to do. Kamardanga Road has its own rhythm. You hear the horns and the people talking, and it just feels like a normal day of work in a normal office. We usually order in some snacks around four in the evening. It is just a regular group of people doing their jobs.
