We’re based out in New Town, over at House Number 42 in Ward No-12. It’s a newer part of the city, so things are still developing around here. Kgb Talk2Life Organic is our little venture into the world of healthy living. We’ve got a small office space where we handle the orders and talk to our customers. To be honest, the name is a bit of a mouthful, but we like it. We focus on organic products because we got tired of all the processed stuff you see in the big shops. It’s just a small group of us working here. Some days are quiet, and other days we’re running around trying to get everything packed and sent out on time. The building is pretty standard for New Town, nothing fancy to look at. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we rely a lot on word of mouth from people who’ve tried our stuff. We try to be practical about things. If a product isn't good, we don't sell it. It’s as simple as that. We spend a lot of time checking on our sources and making sure everything is actually organic. It’s a lot of paperwork, which can be boring, but it’s necessary for this kind of work. We’re just trying to run a decent business and stay healthy ourselves. Sometimes the traffic in Kolkata makes deliveries a nightmare, but we do what we can.
