Kdmc Verification Agency is based at 26B, Seven Tanks Road in Dumdum. It’s a busy neighborhood and Seven Tanks Road always has something going on. Our office is mostly just stacks of paper and a couple of computers. Verification work is mostly about checking details and making sure everything matches up, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. We don't have a polished front office. There are some old chairs for when people come in to drop off their files. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough desk space to get through the daily pile of work. We get a lot of people from the Dumdum area stopping by. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't really need to. People just know where we are. Sometimes we lose track of time because we are buried in files. We have a small stove in the corner for making coffee and snacks. It’s a very informal place. We wear regular clothes and talk to each other like neighbors. The work is steady and we just try to keep up with it. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. That’s just how our office runs.
