Black Fox Security Service

Our place is on Station Road in the Subhash Pally area of Madhyamgram. Being on Station Road means it’s always loud outside with the trains and the rickshaws. Black Fox Security Service is just a small office with a couple of rooms. We have a big window, but we usually keep the curtains half-closed to keep the sun out. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few cupboards where we keep the uniforms and flashlights. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, the first person who hears the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the guards who are stationed at various points around Madhyamgram. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate lingo. We are just local guys running a security firm. Some days the traffic on Station Road is so bad that it takes forever for people to reach us. We just take it as it comes. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and sometimes the drawer gets stuck. It’s not perfect, but it’s our business and we put in the hours to make sure it works out for everyone involved.
