Kaizer Confectionery Private Limited

We have been at 23 Circus Avenue for quite a while now. It is a flat on the 5th floor, number 5A, right in the middle of Kolkata. Being in this part of town, 700017, means we see a lot of the daily rush outside. We make sweets and other treats that people around here seem to like. It is not a massive factory or a fancy corporate setup. Just some of us working together every day to get the orders out. The kitchen area gets pretty warm when we are busy, especially during the humid afternoons. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we just manage. People come by the office and we just do what we do. It involves a lot of manual work, checking the batches and making sure the sugar levels are okay. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular space where the actual work happens. We have lived in Parganas South for years so we know what local folks like in their confectionery. Usually, it is a bit loud with the traffic noise from the street, but inside we just focus on the recipes. Sometimes we have to change things up if a batch does not look right. That is just how it goes when you make things by hand. Most days are long but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood. If you ever walk by Flat 5A, you will probably smell whatever we are baking. It is just a small local business.
