About Jogender Singh Tomar – Agriculture & Farming in Kolkata
I run things out of 3/A Iswer Ganguly Street. It’s a small operation, just a regular place on a regular street. Most of the neighbors know me by now. I don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. It’s just the name on the paperwork. I spend most of my time here dealing with the day-to-day stuff that comes up. The office is simple. A couple of chairs, a desk, and some files scattered around. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space, but we make it work. I started this because I wanted to do something on my own. It’s not always easy, and some days are slower than others. The street outside can get pretty cramped with cars and people walking by. I usually open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a quiet kind of business. I don’t go looking for trouble or trying to act bigger than I am. People come to me because they know I’ll just tell them how it is. No fancy talk or promises I can't keep. I just handle the tasks as they land on my desk and try to stay organized. That is really all there is to it. There is no team of experts or anything, just me and a bit of help when needed. It works for me. I’ve been on this street for years and I plan to stay right here.
