Interdesign

Interdesign is located at 1/2 Fancy Lane, which is right in the heart of the old business district near Rajbhavan. The address says Rajbhavan Qrs No - 25. It’s a very central part of Kolkata, 700062. The buildings around here are massive and have that old colonial look to them. Our office is inside one of these old structures. It has high ceilings and big windows, though the view isn't much besides other buildings and the busy lane below. Working here feels like being part of the city’s history. The stairs are worn down from years of people walking up and down. Inside the office, it’s a bit of a mix of old furniture and some newer tech. We don’t have a minimalist or modern look; it’s more about being functional. There are files everywhere and the phones seem to ring at the most random times. We spend our days coordinating designs and talking to people who drop in. The area is always crowded with office goers and street food vendors. We usually grab something from the stalls for lunch. It’s a noisy, energetic place to be. We don't have a corporate handbook or any of those modern office perks. We just have a desk, a chair, and a lot of work to get through. It’s been our base for a long time, and we’re quite settled into the rhythm of Fancy Lane. It’s just how we do things here every day.
