Ibm India Pvt Ltd is over at 228 Santipalli, in the Block BA I section of Sarat Park. We’re right next to Meghalaya House, which is a big landmark on Rajdanga Main Road. The pincode is 700107. Being on the main road means it’s always busy outside. There is a lot of traffic and people moving around all the time. Our office is just a regular building, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a simple setup inside with our workstations and a small area for meetings. It’s not a corporate showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to get work done. We get a lot of noise from the road, but we’ve learned to ignore it over the years. We don’t have a massive staff, just enough to handle the daily operations here. Lunch usually involves grabbing something from the local vendors nearby who sell rolls and tea. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. We don’t go in for big corporate talk or mission statements or any of that stuff. We just show up, do our bit for the shift, and then head back home to our families. The location is pretty good because it’s easy for people to find us since we’re so close to Meghalaya House. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of office that doesn't feel too stuffy. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with our tech tasks until the day is done. It's a nice little community here on Rajdanga Main Road.
