Hotel Victerrace International

You can find us at 81, Sambhu Nath Pandit Street. We are right by the crossing of Elgin and Chowringhee. It’s a very well-known intersection in this part of town. Hotel Victerrace International sounds like a big name, but we are actually a pretty small, local operation. We have been here for years, watching the city change around us. The hospital is nearby, so we often have people staying who are visiting family there. It’s a busy, sometimes loud area, but that’s just life in this city. Our rooms are basic and kept clean. We don't have those big buffets or spa services. It’s just a place to rest your head. The building is older and has its quirks, like the way the pipes sometimes hum. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the beginning. We know most of the shopkeepers on the street. If you need a taxi or help with your bags, we just do it. There’s no formal process for everything. We just talk to our guests like regular people. The location is the main thing. Being so close to the crossing makes it easy to get anywhere. We focus on the daily chores and making sure the guests have what they need for the night. We aren't corporate people, just folks running a building on a busy street corner for travelers.
