Hospitality Industry

Our place is at 25A Ganendra Mitra Lane in Kolkata, 700004. It’s a typical old street, narrow and full of life, which is exactly where we like to be. We work within the Hospitality Industry, but we aren't some big hotel chain. It is more of a local operation handled from this small office. The building has been around for a long time, and you can tell by the thick walls and the high ceilings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need help with their own small businesses or guest houses. It’s not a shiny, modern office with glass partitions. We have wooden tables and fans that hum all day. Kolkata is a city that moves at its own pace, and we try to do the same. We don't believe in rushing things just for the sake of it. If you walk down Ganendra Mitra Lane, you’ll see our sign. We are usually in from early morning until the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years. It’s about being reliable and being there when someone calls. We just keep doing our bit in this corner of the city, year after year, without making too much of a fuss about it.
