Honcho Tech For Good Foundation

We are located over at Briji in Kolkata, right on the third floor in Flat-B at number 176. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we like it here. Honcho Tech For Good Foundation isn’t some big fancy office with glass walls. It is just a regular space where a few of us sit and try to do something decent with technology. People around here know us as the tech group, and we try to keep things quiet and simple. The neighborhood has its own noise, which we have gotten used to over the years. We started this because we saw a lot of things that could be fixed, and we just happened to have the skills to help. It is not always easy running things from a flat, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but that is just life in the city. We spend a lot of time just talking through problems and seeing what fits. It is mostly local people here. We don’t have some big fancy speech about what we do. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. It feels like a small family most of the time. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay focused on the work at hand.
