Homevyom Owners Association is based out of 49A Monmohan Banerjee Road. You can find us near lamp post 37/7, which is how most people find the entrance anyway. We are just the people who live and own units in this specific building. It’s a local thing, run by those of us who actually reside here. Dealing with a building takes a lot of time, and we try to split the work among ourselves. We handle the maintenance and the common areas without making a huge fuss about it. It’s not always easy, things break or the water stops working, and we have to get it sorted out. We don’t have a professional management team with suits. It’s just us, the neighbors. We sit down and talk about the budget and what needs painting or fixing next. Monmohan Banerjee Road is our home, and we want it to stay in good shape. Living here means being part of this little community. We have our meetings in the common space when we need to decide on something. It’s very informal, usually over some tea. We try to keep our costs down because we’re all paying for it. It is just basic upkeep and looking after our shared space. We’ve been at 49A for a while now. It's a solid place to live, and we do our part to keep it that way for everyone who calls this place home.
