Our work at Home Tutor happens right out of our location on Noapara Puratan Kalibari Road. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in Hiralal Chatterjee Lane in Barasat. The post office is Barasat 24Pgs N W B and the pin is 700124. It is a busy little area and the lane can get a bit narrow if two cars are trying to pass each other at the same time. The building is older, with the kind of character you only get in this part of town. Inside, it is mostly just shelves filled with textbooks and a few desks where we sit to organize the daily sessions. Sometimes the street noise from the Kalibari Road drifts in, especially during festivals or busy market mornings. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local area well. The office feels lived-in because we spend so much time here. There is usually a pot of tea going in the corner. We chose this spot because it is central for the families living around Barasat. It is not a polished or shiny workplace, but it is where the actual teaching gets planned out every day. Finding the lane for the first time might be tricky for some, but most people just ask a neighbor. We have been here long enough that everyone knows where the tutor's place is located.
