Our office for H.F. Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 28 H 39, over on Dr. Mn Chatterjee Sarani. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been here for some time now and the neighborhood knows us. It is not one of those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It is just a solid, older place that works for what we do. Shipping work involves a lot of documents and coordination, so our desks are usually covered in papers. We try to keep it neat, but it does not always stay that way during a busy week. The address is easy enough to find once you are on the right road. We have a few rooms where the staff sits. It is mostly quiet inside, except for the phones ringing or people talking about schedules. We do not go in for big signs or flashy stuff. Just a small nameplate so people know they found the right door. Dr. Mn Chatterjee Sarani has a lot of character, and we like being part of the local mix here. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to park, but that is just life in this area. We show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. It is a humble space but it serves us well.
