Our shop is at 21/3B on the ground floor along Gariahat Road. If you know this part of the city, you know how crowded and lively it gets. We’re right in the middle of all that activity. We carry various types of equipment that people need for their projects. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the shelves. Sometimes you have to move one thing to get to another, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but that’s just part of being on Gariahat Road. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who walk in looking for specific parts. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us behind the counter. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. Some days are just spent doing inventory and cleaning up the workspace. We use old ledgers and sometimes a computer when it feels like working. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't wear uniforms; we just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy boxes around. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the local trade. If you’re passing by the ground floor shop, you’ll likely see one of us rearranging the window display or checking a delivery. There is always a lot to do, and we just take it one customer at a time.
