Dreamco Worldwide Couriers is tucked away on Barowaritala Road in Belaghata. The address is 34/3. It is a local neighborhood, so we see the same faces every single day. We are not one of those massive international shipping companies with big glass buildings and uniforms. Our place is a bit smaller and much more personal. We spend the day weighing boxes, taping up packages, and filling out those long customs forms. Since we do worldwide stuff, there is always some new rule or regulation we have to learn. Belaghata is a very crowded area, so parking can be a real headache for our drivers and for people trying to drop things off. We have learned to work around it though. The office is usually full of rolls of tape, empty boxes, and those packing peanuts that get everywhere. It is a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is located. We started out as a small operation and we have stayed that way because it is just easier for us to manage. People who live in the area often just walk in with their parcels under their arms. We have a small manual scale that has been with us since we first started. It is a little slow, but it is very accurate. Sometimes the internet connection goes down and we have to do everything by hand until it comes back up. It is just how things go here. We do not promise anything impossible. We just try to get the mail where it is supposed to go.
