Hena Water Purifier

We are over here in Nimta, right in the Vidyasagar Palli area. People mostly know it as Dr. Bagan. We’ve been around for a while now just handling Hena Water Purifier for the houses nearby. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a workspace where we keep the parts and the tools. Some days it gets pretty busy with everyone calling at once because of the local water quality. We try to get to people as fast as we can, but sometimes the traffic in these narrow lanes makes it hard. It’s just me and a few guys who know their way around the filters. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look fancy. Most of the time our hands are wet or dusty from being out at someone's house. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break then. We’ve known most of the neighbors for years. If you walk past the main clinic, you’ll probably see our small sign. We just want to make sure the machines are running so people don’t have to worry about what they’re drinking. It’s a simple job but it keeps us on our feet. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a phone that rings a lot. Sometimes we forget to update the paperwork, but the work gets done. It’s a decent life here in the neighborhood and we like it.
