Hawelia Commercial Solutions Llp is based out of 28 Blackburn Lane here in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with all the commerce going on. We fit right in with our small office space. It’s not a shiny new building, but it has character and it keeps the rain off our heads. We spend most of our hours here dealing with whatever commercial stuff comes our way. There’s usually a pile of paperwork on someone’s desk and a stack of folders waiting to be filed. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to be helpful. The neighbors are mostly other businesses, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the hallway. We like the energy of the 700012 area. It’s an old part of the city, and you can feel the history of trade all around. We use basic tools and simple methods to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but we just manage. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent business and keep our customers satisfied with the basics. It’s a lot of hard work, but we don’t mind. It feels good to finish a day’s work and head back out into the Kolkata streets. We usually walk to the corner for a snack before heading home.
