Harshikaa Foundation

We are based over here on the first floor in Anandpuri, right at Kamlalya Tulsipath Lane 2. It is a busy enough spot most days. Harish Kumar helps out with the space and lets us use it for our operations. We have been doing this for a while now and most people find us easily enough once they turn onto WB C Road. The building is usually quiet during the day which is nice for getting things done without too much noise. We mostly focus on community stuff here. It is not a big office or anything fancy, just a few rooms with some desks and old chairs we found. We have a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come up. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up on the corners of the desks. It is just how it goes when you are busy. We handle various local projects from this room. People drop by sometimes just to ask questions or see what is happening in the area. The foundation started because we saw things that needed doing around the neighborhood. It isn't always easy work, and some days are slower than others. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us usually. It feels like home to us.
