GRIPA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LLP is based out of Om Tower on Chowringhee Road. We are on the 7th floor in Unit 705. Being this high up gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street below, which is nice when we need to focus. The office itself is a bit cramped because we have so many folders and books everywhere. We do a lot of consultancy work, and that involves a ton of reading and research. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find one of us opening the door while holding a sandwich or a phone. We try to keep things relaxed but professional in our own way. West Bengal has a specific way of doing business, and we fit right into that. We take our time with the details because rushing usually leads to mistakes. Some people think consultancy is all about big meetings, but for us, it’s mostly just sitting at a desk and thinking through problems. We share the space, share the work, and share the occasional box of sweets when someone has a birthday. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend our days. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to provide some solid advice and help people out when they ask. It might not be much to some, but it's our livelihood and we take it seriously enough to show up every morning.
