Global Career Management

In Kolkata, specifically out in the Sampa Mirza Nagar Housing Estate, you’ll find Global Career Management. We are in Block A 22, near PO Sarkarpool, pincode 700143. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the busy city center, but it’s where we’ve set up our base. The housing estate has a lot of people coming and going throughout the day, so there’s always something to see out the window when we take a break. Our office is a small part of the block. It’s not a big corporate suite with elevators and security guards. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the files we’ve collected over time. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. Most of our stuff is stuff we’ve had for years. It’s a bit worn out at the edges, but it works just fine for what we do. We spend our time working on career-related tasks, mostly talking to people and keeping track of information in our databases. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that, just doing a decent job for the people who need our help. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the internet gets slow, but that’s just part of being here in this part of town. We deal with it and move on. It’s a very regular, honest operation. We don’t use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a small team.
