Get Well Security Service

Get Well Security Service is based at No. 56/76 Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road. We are on the ground floor in Room No. 04. It’s a small, functional room with a few desks and a big whiteboard where we keep track of everyone’s shifts. The walls are mostly covered in old calendars and duty rosters. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art. We spend most of our time coordinating with the guards and making sure everyone has their uniforms and knows where they need to be. The phone rings a lot, usually with someone calling in to say they are going to be late or asking about their pay. It’s a lot of management work that isn't very exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we see the traffic on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road all day long. Sometimes we have people coming in to apply for work, so there’s often someone waiting in the plastic chairs by the door. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people moving around, it can get a bit chaotic. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we know the area well. We aren't a big corporate agency; we are just a local office trying to keep the schedules running smoothly for everyone involved. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everyone is where they should be.
