Genpact

We’re located over at C 02 001 in Peerless Nagar, Panihati. If you know Kolkata, you know this area has its own pace. Genpact is the name on our gate, but inside, it’s just a group of us working through the daily grind. Peerless Nagar is a massive housing complex, so it feels very residential here. Our office isn't like those skyscrapers in the city center. It’s more integrated into the neighborhood. We see families walking by and kids playing while we’re at our desks. It makes the workday feel less like a chore. The space itself is basic. We have a few rows of tables and some fans that work overtime in the summer heat. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just process the work that comes in and try to stay on top of it. Kolkata is a city of stories, and we’re just one small one here in Panihati. We usually bring our own lunches from home and eat together. There’s no cafeteria or anything like that. It’s a very humble setup, and we like it that way. It’s honest work in a place that feels like a community. We’ve been here at C 02 001 for a good while, and it’s become our second home in many ways. It isn't perfect, but it's our spot and we get the job done every single day without any fuss.
