GALLOP CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at D-176, Trenching Ground Road. If you know the Garden Reach area of Kolkata, you know it is a very busy and crowded place with a lot of history. Gallop Constructions is our way of making a living in this neighborhood. We have been doing this for a good number of years now. It is not always a pretty process. The dust from the building sites gets into everything, and the noise is just something you have to get used to. We work on various small building projects around this part of town. We are just regular people who happened to learn how to put buildings together. Our office is right in the thick of the noise. We don't spend any money on advertising because word of mouth from neighbors usually keeps us busy enough. Most of our crew has been with us for a long time, so we know how everyone works. Working in Garden Reach means dealing with very narrow lanes and lots of nearby residents. You have to be careful not to bother the people living next door too much. We try to be respectful of the shared space. It is a tough job sometimes, especially when the humidity is really high in the summer. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. No one here is wearing a suit or tie. We are in our dusty work clothes most of the day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense business. We just take things one day at a time.
