Bengal Greenfield Housing Company Limited is based out of our office at D/55 Ramgarh in Kolkata. It’s a pretty busy spot here in West Bengal. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork for various housing projects we’ve got going on. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. Being in Ramgarh means we are right in the middle of things, so people often drop by just to ask questions about land or flats. We try to keep things moving along even when the paperwork piles up. It’s mostly just us sitting here with our tea, checking over plans and talking to contractors on the phone. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is too hot to go out on-site. But usually, there is someone here from early morning till late evening. We handle the local housing needs as they come. It’s just regular work for us, making sure the houses get built and the keys get handed over eventually. It’s not always a smooth process, things take time with all the rules, but we stay at it. If you walk down the street in Ramgarh, you’ll find us easily enough. We’re just local people trying to run a decent housing company without too much fuss.
