We are located on the 3rd floor at 4/1 Red Cross Place. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for a while now. Forum Projects is basically where we manage all the different developments we have going on. The office is usually full of rolled-up blueprints and stacks of files. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is hidden. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and site managers. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper from one side of the desk to the other, but it's all part of getting the projects built. We have a small team here. We aren't interested in being a big corporate machine. We just want to make sure the buildings we are working on actually get finished and look decent. The 3rd floor gets a bit warm in the summer, so the fans are always going. Red Cross Place is a busy street, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our windows. We have meetings around a big wooden table that has seen better days. It’s simple, honest work. We deal with the delays and the budget issues as they come up. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just try to solve them one by one. It’s just us doing our part in the city’s growth. We keep a jar of biscuits in the corner for when the afternoons get long.
