We operate out of the Pujarini Apartment at 221 Briji Road. It’s in the South 24 Parganas area of Kolkata. Our office is just a regular space inside a residential building. It’s not a big corporate setup with lots of signs and glass doors. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the files we’ve collected over time. The neighborhood around Briji Road is quite lively, and we like being right there in the mix of things. We focus on helping people find what they need, whether it’s information or some kind of support. It’s not a fancy operation. We have some old desks and a few chairs that have been around for many years. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out while we sit and talk about our next steps. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the work as it comes in. Most of our visitors are people from the local area who heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We keep things simple and practical. It’s a quiet way to work, and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we’re just here to be useful to those who need us. There’s always plenty to do, and we just take it one task at a time. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place for regular people.
