We are located at 119/1B, Matheswartala Road. If you know the area, you know it’s the heart of the leather trade in Kolkata. The streets are narrow and always full of vans and handcarts. Fortune Empire Global is tucked away here, and it’s a busy place. We handle exports and global trade, mostly dealing with raw materials and finished leather goods. The office is usually a bit of a scramble, with phones ringing and people shouting across the room to get things done. We don’t have a polished front desk or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us, working through the piles of documents and making sure the containers are loaded correctly. The rain can be a real problem here, flooding the road and making everything a mess, but we keep going. We have a lot of regular customers who have been with us because we are honest about what we can do. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but there’s a sense of satisfaction when a big order finally gets shipped out. We just take it one day at a time, dealing with the daily headaches of shipping and logistics in a crowded city. There's always something to fix or a deadline to meet, but we've gotten used to the pressure of the global market.
