We are based in Flat B3 of Block 1, over at 97 Chandi Ghosh Road in Kolkata. It’s a regular apartment building, and we have turned one of the flats into our main working space for our creation projects. There are a few rooms we use, and they are all pretty much filled with papers, computer parts, and the usual office clutter. It has a bit of a lived-in look because we spend so much of our time here. The building is an older one, and you can often hear the neighbors or the street traffic through the walls while we work. We don’t mind it much because it makes the place feel like a real part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big sign out front, so you really have to check the flat number to find where we are. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw from the station to get into the office. It has a very local, simple vibe. We don’t use any corporate talk or have big formal meetings. We just sit around our desks and figure out what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the internet slows down or the power goes off, so we just take a break and wait it out. It is a practical, everyday sort of life for us. We just keep our heads down and do our work in this busy part of the city.
