If you take a walk down P.K. Tagore Street in Kolkata, you’ll see 13/B. That’s where North Eastern Publishing And Advertising Company Limited is based. It’s right in the heart of West Bengal 700 006. This part of the city has so much history in the walls. The street is narrow and always feels like it’s full of stories. Our office is in an old building that has seen a lot of years. It’s got high ceilings and those big windows that let in the dusty afternoon light. We don't have a modern lobby with a bunch of screens. It’s mostly just desks, stacks of paper, and the smell of ink that seems to hang in the air no matter what we do. Working here feels different than being in a new office block. You can hear the sounds of the street, the shouting of vendors, and the occasional car horn. We spend our time going through layouts and talking to people about their projects. It’s not a fast-paced corporate grind. It’s more of a steady rhythm. We’ve been here long enough that the creaks in the floorboards don’t even bother us anymore. P.K.
