Iam- Kolkata

Iam- Kolkata is based out of the Ultadanga 8M Housing Complex. We are in Block D2, specifically Flat-1, which is a bit of a walk once you get inside the gates. Being in the 700067 area of Kolkata means we are right near a lot of activity, but inside the complex, it stays relatively calm. Our flat is where everything happens, and it feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our constant tea breaks. Visitors sometimes get lost looking for Block D2, so we end up going down to the gate to wave them in. It is a very practical setup. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people find us because they specifically need what we offer. The windows look out over the other blocks, and you can hear the sounds of families living their lives nearby. It makes for a nice atmosphere to work in. We just go through our daily tasks, answering the phone and keeping the files organized on the shelves. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people doing their jobs in a residential flat. We like that it is unpretentious and straightforward for everyone who comes by to see us. It keeps things simple and easy for everyone involved.
