Our place is located at No. 1, R. N. Mukherjee Road, inside what people know as Martin Buren'S House. It’s an interesting old building to work out of, right in the heart of the city's activity. We do a lot with concrete, trying to make things that look a bit different from the standard blocks you see everywhere. We aren't a massive factory. It’s more of a workshop feel here. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different molds and finishes. Sometimes a project doesn't turn out quite right and we have to start over. That's just how it is when you’re trying to create something specific. The office is usually cluttered with samples and sketches. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Most of us have been working with our hands for a long time. It can be quite loud in the workshop when the grinders are going, so we often have to step outside to talk on the phone. We don't use marketing slogans to get business. People usually see something we made at a site and ask where it came from. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized despite the constant dust. It’s a small team here at Flyric Concrete Creations Pvt. Ltd., and we all pitch in with everything from mixing to loading the vans.
