Fast Information Network Pvt Ltd Hiland Park is tucked away inside the Metropolis Mall on the second floor. Our shop is number 225, so you have to walk past a lot of the bigger retail stores to find us. It’s a bit different being in a mall compared to a standalone shop on the street. It’s air-conditioned, which is a big plus during the humid Kolkata summers, but it can feel a bit enclosed sometimes. We’ve got a compact space where we handle all the networking and information tasks. You’ll usually see a few of us hunched over screens or talking into headsets. It’s a fast-paced environment because being in a mall means there’s always people walking by and popping in with questions. We keep things pretty informal around here. There’s no strict dress code, just whatever is comfortable for a long shift. We’ve got our equipment set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to a stranger. Being in Panchsayer means we get a mix of mall-goers and people who specifically come to see us for their network needs. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations.
