Esen Foundation

We are Esen Foundation, and our office is tucked away near Sarsuna and Diamond City West. Specifically, we are at 149/10P on the Ho-Chi-Minh Biren Roy Road West Sarani park side. It’s a bit of a long address to give people over the phone. This part of Kolkata feels a little different from the center of town. It has its own rhythm. We set up here because it’s where we live and where we want to work. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet up to plan what we are doing next. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic with people coming and going. We don’t have a big corporate vibe. We are just regular people. The neighborhood is nice, and we know many of the families living nearby. We spend a lot of time just talking to people to understand what’s actually needed. It’s better than guessing. We try to keep things grounded and practical. If you’re ever near Diamond City West, you’ve probably passed by our street. We’re just another part of the local fabric here, doing our thing without too much fuss. In the evenings, the park nearby gets busy with kids playing, and it reminds us why we enjoy being based in this specific corner of the city. We keep our operations small so we can stay focused.
